Andy brings 43 years of ministry experience along with 15 years spent in hospice to his work at Berry's Chapel.
He has been married to his wife Susan for 40 years. They have a son and a daughter and each of them have a son and a daughter.
He has begun his 4th year as our pulpit minister, teaches in our adult classes and serves in several of our ministries.  His sermons come straight from the text of Scripture so bring your Bible to our assembly and be ready to take some "take homes".

He also serves as Vice President of World Christian Broadcasting, one of our
mission works, and brings an international emphasis to Berry's Chapel.

Jeremy and Suzanna Stewart

Youth Minister and Youth Counselor

Jeremy and Suzanna Stewart joined the Berry's Chapel ministry team in June 2008.

As youth minister and youth counselor, their mission is to partner with parents and students to help
those students grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. They love teaching
from God's word, building relationships with parents and students, watching
teens commit themselves to Christ, and worshipping with the Youth Group. They
both graduated from Freed Hardeman University, Jeremy with a degree in youth
ministry and Suzanna with a degree in psychology and a minor in Bible. They
were married on August 11, 2007 and feel especially blessed that they are able
to serve God alongside each other. Jeremy's favorite movie is Spiderman 2 and
his favorite scripture is Romans 8:31-39. Suzanna's favorite passage is
Proverbs 31:30.
Jeremy and Suzanna want parents and students to know that they
are always available to listen, talk, and pray with anyone.

Dennis Makins

Dennis Makins has been a member of Berry’s Chapel since
1991 and a Christian since 1974. Husband, father and grandfather (“Gaddy”) he
serves, and has served, in many capacities. Dennis has been a deacon in two
previous congregations that saw him and his family move from Michigan to
Florida and, finally, home to Franklin, Tennessee. He served as an elder for
nine years previously and now brings a unique perspective to the ministerial
role. Having been in industry and management for over 30 years he now tries to
bring the learned talents together to benefit the church. Dennis is a teacher,
a confidant and one you can depend upon. Dennis firmly believes in the Word of
God and the truth that is available to all. He is willing to sit and have open
and honest discussions. Be aware that his favorite book of scripture is
Colossians.
