Sunday, February 7th, is SCOUT SUNDAY. We will have One Service at 10:15 a.m. in the MPB. Scouts and their families have been invited. Classes will meet at their normal locations at 9:15 a.m. No meal is planned

A Valentine Luncheon for the Single Saints will be Saturday, February 13th, at 12:00 noon, in the MPB. This luncheon is hosted by the Mens Ministry. Please contact Mac Hughes if you have any questions. Sign up sheets are available in the foyers.

The Final Meeting for the February 2010 Mens Honduras Trip will be Sunday, February 14th, at 4:15 p.m., in the basement. All participants are asked to attend.

The Worship Committee will be conducting worship training on Wednesday, February 17, during class time in the basement and on Sunday, February 28, at 4:30 pm. We would like for all males 7th grade and up to attend one of these two sessions. It will be fast paced, informative, and designed to help us all learn about and consider ways to better serve our Lord and each other as we worship Him together. What is it? Winterfest is a weekend retreat going on for 23 years now. This weekend is geared toward discipleship. The teachers and guests that come use real life stories, drama, music and scripture to make the Christian life come alive to the teens involved. The acappella praise and worship times are uplifting and engaging. Believing that the Christian life can be very joyful, they bring in the best Christian entertainers they can find to challenge teens with their lifestyle and their attitudes (we have had Bob Stromberg, Tom Tufts, CPR, Dr. Comedy, Bob Smiley, Brad Montague, 3-2-1, Taylor Mason, Bean & Bailey, to name a few).
