There will be a "Come and Go" Bridal Shower for Chrissy Reed, bride-elect of Trey Johnson, on Sunday, March 21st, from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. at the home of Sonia Dupay. Trey and Chrissy are registered at Target and Bed, Bath & Beyond.

The 49ers will be traveling to Demos Restaurant in Murfreesboro for lunch on Monday, March 22nd. The bus will leave the church building at 11:30 a.m. Sign Up in the front foyer or call the church office at 791-1316.

What’s the point of this trip?

We’re partnering with a missionary and his wife to reach out to the Cherokee people in a secluded area of North Carolina. Some of the Cherokee adults have never left their land. Many of these people do not know Christ and don’t have as much as we have. They need exposure to God’s word and other Christians.

What will we do there?

We will put on a Super Saturday VBS Day for the Cherokee children and encourage them to attend the summer VBS. We’ll put on puppet shows, skits, play games, sing songs, and get to know them and their parents. We will also help encourage the congregation there and assist them with repair/construction work.
